The Appointment Calendar allows for four appointments per hour at 15 minute intervals. Also, the fee for chiropractic adjustments will be $40. If your are able, please make payment in advance via PayPal as you schedule your appointment. For those without a PayPal account, I will accept payment via cash or check, only, at time of your appointment.

Please make only ONE appointment. Although the Appointment Calendar shows each appointment to be 15 minutes, Dr. Bob will spend as much time with you as necessary, just as in the past. Do NOT make consecutIve appointments because you think that you will need more than 15 minutes with Dr. Bob.

Appointments may only be scheduled one month in advance.

You are responsible for making, changing or cancelling your appointment. ALL appointments must be made online by you. Please do not call me for an appointment or to ask about availability, as I am unable to access the appointment calendar and fill out your appointment request.

First, some explanation of how this process works. I offer Chiropractic Adjustments at the Morningside office on Tuesdays and Saturdays from 8am-12noon and 1pm-4pm. I also offer Chiropractic Adjustments at my Woodstock office on Thursday from 7am to 12noon. There are four appointments available per hour for Chiropractic Adjustments, and these are scheduled on the Appointment Calendar at 15 minute intervals (i.e. 8:00am, 8:15am, 8:30am, etc). This allows me to see two patients concurrently, i.e. the person with the 8:15am appointment and the person with the 8:30am would be in the treatment room at the same time (similar to the old office, except now there are two patients instead of five).

To make an appointment:

1. Find the Appointment Calendar here, or as a drop down page under the “Make Appointment” tab on this site.

2. Go to “New Appointment.”

3. At “Location” use the up/down arrows to select “Morningside” or “Woodstock.”

4. At “Service“use the up/down arrows to select “Chiropractic Adjustment.” For chiropractic adjustment appointments scheduled after January 1, 2017, select “Chiropractic Adjustment 2017” as the Service for both Morningside or Woodstock.

5. At “Provider” you’ll see two choices: “Dr. Bob Dalton DC/ 2017 Chiropractic Adjustment” is what you select for ALL Chiropractic Adjustments, either Morningside or Woodstock after January 1, 2017. Make sure you have selected the correct location!

Example: Scheduling a Chiropractic Adjustment at the Morningside location:

6. You’ll see a monthly calendar below the info that you just selected. Use the < > arrows at the top of the calendar to select the Month in which you want to schedule your appointment. Available days for that Service at your selected location will be highlighted in blue. Click on the highlighted Day that you wish to schedule your appointment.

7. Once you’ve selected the day, by clicking on it, that day will become “active” as shown below, In this example, we clicked on Saturday, November 26, 2016 and it’s shown in a gray box, indicating that this is the day that was chosen. Once the day is selected the “Time” function under that day becomes active and you can choose a time from those available. If no times are available on that day, select another day until you can find a day and time to schedule your appointment. In this example, we selected 11:20am.

8. Once you’ve selected a day and time, please fill in the “Client Info.” After you’ve scheduled your first appointment, and are in the system, you should be able to find yourself by typing your name in the “Search for Existing Client” box. ALL CLIENTS USING THIS SYSTEM FOR THE FIRST TIME MUST FILL OUT THE CLIENT INFORMATION when booking your first appointment, First and Last Names, Email, Phone Number and a Password are required.

9. Below the personal information that you just entered, you’ll see a statement that asks you to accept the terms described in the Statement of Purpose on the Home Page. Please click the button to “Accept.” Then, you’ll find room for additional info. Use this feature only if you think that it is necessary to this visit and your treatment.

10. You can pre-pay using PayPal, allowing you to pay by checking account or credit card, depending on how your PayPal account is set up. Chiropractic Adjustments are $40 and Cranial Sacral Therapy is $100.

11. Double check all of your information to make sure that you’ve entered it correctly. When you’re finished, click the blue “Schedule” button at the bottom.

You’ll receive a reminder email 24 hours prior to your appointment. Remember, you can cancel or reschedule your appointment 24 hours prior. Cancellations or no-shows within 24 hours of your scheduled time will be charged.

Need to reschedule or cancel an appointment? You may reschedule or cancel appointments. Patients are also responsible for cancelling appointments 24 hours in advance if they can’t make it. Please be courteous and allow someone else to use the time by cancelling if you know you will be unable to make your appointment. Cancellations within 24 hours will be charged the regular fee. Currently, the only way to cancel or reschedule your appointment is through the confirmation email that you’ll receive 24 hours prior to you appointment. Look for the cancel or reschedule link in the confirmation email, click it and follow directions.
